Return Policy

• ALL RETURNS are for store credit only.
• If your purchase was made using Sezzle you must finish paying your Sezzle balance even once the return is made.
• For shipped orders - all returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery date of the order
• For local pickup orders - all returns must be made within 2 weeks of the date your order is ready for pickup

• All returns must be initiated through an email. 
• We will send you return instructions.
• Please ensure you follow the process all the way through until you see a return confirmation number.
• You will receive a store credit to your email within 5 business days of your return. 

Items that are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return are:

• ALL SALE ITEMS are final sale. No exceptions
• Undergarments such as bralettes, earrings, hats, headbands are FINAL SALE
• If you send back an item that is not eligible for return then you are responsible to pay for return shipping back to you. We will NOT issue a store credit on ineligible items

 

 To return items that ARE eligible for return

• Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached
• Items must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, or stains
• Return shipping is responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
• We recommend you use a shipping method that allows you to track your shipment as lost in transit packages are out of our control. 
• You are also welcome to drop off your return at our pickup location

DAMAGED ITEMS

• We inspect our items thoroughly before shipping however in the event that an item is damaged or defective please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item to receive a full refund. 
• Rae Lee J Studio will be responsible for all costs associated with replacing and returning the item if the item is damaged or defective. 
• Damages caused by removing the tags will not be accepted

 

EXCHANGES

• We do not exchange items
• If something does not fit, you will need to return and purchase correct size with your store credit
